A year warranty for the whole machine, not including the man-made damage or damaged by wrong operation or changing the inside constructure without our engineer's permission. During the warranty time, we would send the spare parts for repair but the spare parts that provided together with the bulk production can not be sent for free again.

A: Yes, we are a factory with more than 300 employees, 25 engineers and 4 production lines.

Q: Can I buy a sample for testing

A: Yes, we can supply you with a sample. for most of the models,we have them in stock. we can supply you with the sample within 7 days after we get your payment.

Q: Can I visit your factory?
A: We warmly welcome you come to visit us at Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province. You can take the airplane to Shanghai, then take the fast train for 50 minute to Hangzhou railway station,
we can pick you up at the railway station. If you fly to Hangzhou directly, we can pick you up at the airport.
