Direct Expansion systems are designed to satisfy the growing market that wants the vapor-compression refrigeration cycle, to meet their compact device's direct refrigerant cooling requirement. It is known as Direct Refrigerant cooling or Refrigerant circulating systems or DC condensing units.

The main components of the dc refrigeration system is a miniature rotary compressor, condenser, expansion valve(capillary), driver board, filter drier, and other refrigeration parts. The mini dc compressor is the heart of the system.

DC Condensing Unit Features:

The advantages are Substantial. This method eliminates the need for a liquid recirculating pump, fluid reservoir and associated tubing and connectors, sources of failures and leaks. The system is greatly simplified improving reliability with a mean time between failures in excess of 90,000 hours (MTBF > 90,000 hours).

Compared to the normal commercial water chillers, the direct expansion cooling installation work becomes easier and saves cost of the entire system for the users. It greatly simplifies the configuration of the cooling system and provides the highest efficiency.
