 Shaded Pole Motor Summary

• YZF series motors are shaded pole motors with single phase, 4 shaded poles and running at rated voltage of 220~240v, 50~50Hz or 110~120v, 60Hz. They are widely used in the radiator, evaporator and other refrigeration equipments.

• The output power of motors is from 4w to 34w, which is relate to stack thickness and coil parameters.

• The insulation grade of motors is B level, and the protection class is IP42. On request of IP44 is available.

• The motor with output power less than 10w are with impedance protection and the motors with output power is higher than 10w equipped with thermal protection. The thermal protector’s is 120℃+/-5℃,135℃+/-5℃or 150℃+/-5℃.

The oil bearing used the oil is PERMAWICK # 284 which is imported from America.A motor with this bearing has low noise and long working life that is over 20000 hours.And it's applicable temperature is from -40oC to +100oC.

The ball bearing with advanced construction,this high quality bearing gives the motor high energy efficiency,great performance,low noise and a lond working life of 30000 hours.Its applicable temperature is from -40oC to +100oC.

 Because our standard motor adopt sleeve bearing, we suggest installing these motors horizontally, on request motors can be furnished with ball bearings.
